Capital exposure identified
Capital affected by unresolved assumptions, dependencies, or decision conditions.
Founding Pilot Program
A focused decision-intelligence program for one consequential live project—not a long software rollout. In 60–90 days, BEAVR structures the evidence, tests scenarios, assesses capital readiness, and delivers an explainable executive recommendation.
60-second engagement overview
See how BEAVR reviews fit, requests focused project evidence, distinguishes a Readiness Sprint from a Founding Pilot, delivers executive outputs, and creates a path toward ongoing platform use.
Illustrative prototype concept
One connected project record that turns supplied evidence into visible gaps, comparable scenarios, decision confidence, economic exposure, capital conditions, and an explainable executive recommendation.
What the engagement includes
A defined decision moves through one connected, human-reviewed process—from intake to an executive record leadership can revisit.
How we evaluate decision value
The pilot does not begin with a promised ROI. It builds an evidence-linked view of the capital, time, scenario, and avoidable exposure associated with the decision leadership is considering.
Capital affected by unresolved assumptions, dependencies, or decision conditions.
The scenario-based economic consequence of time lost while critical conditions remain unresolved.
The financial or strategic difference between viable project paths and release conditions.
Exposure leadership may be able to mitigate before the commitment becomes difficult to reverse.
0.05%
The purpose of the pilot is to determine whether better evidence and an earlier decision can identify materially more value than the cost of the engagement—not to guarantee savings or a project outcome.
Decision Value Review
Engagement Investment
2–4 weeks · Focused assessment of one consequential project decision.
Starting at $15,000
60–90 days · Live project intelligence, decisions, and monitoring.
Typically $25,000–$50,000
A tailored path for repeated decision value across projects or a portfolio.
Custom pricing
Final pricing depends on project complexity, document volume, scenarios, capital-readiness requirements, monitoring period, users, integrations, and concierge research. Exact scope and pricing are confirmed after discovery and a project-specific demonstration.
Project Readiness Sprint
Starting at $15,000
A focused 2–4 week engagement for owner-side teams approaching approval, financing, procurement, redesign, or another consequential project gate. BEAVR applies its structured, human-reviewed prototype workflow to the supplied project evidence, exposes readiness gaps and conflicting assumptions, and identifies the conditions leadership should resolve next.
Best for: an organization with an urgent decision, fragmented evidence, or a project that needs a readiness diagnosis before committing to a full Founding Pilot.
What you receive
Leave with a clear view of what is decision-ready, what remains uncertain, and what leadership should resolve before committing additional time or capital.
Discuss a Readiness SprintFounding Project Intelligence Pilot
Typically $25,000–$50,000
A 60–90-day live-project engagement designed to test BEAVR’s decision value before a broader software rollout. BEAVR structures the project record, connects decision-critical evidence, compares viable scenarios, evaluates readiness and capital dependencies, and delivers an explainable recommendation for executive review.
Best for: an organization with an active project, an executive sponsor, and a consequential approval, financing, redesign, procurement, phasing, or capital-allocation decision.
What you receive
Leave with a defensible project recommendation, a record of the evidence and reasoning behind it, and a clear case for whether and how BEAVR should expand across the organization.
Apply for a Founding PilotNot ready for a live pilot?
Qualified organizations can validate priority workflows, review product direction, and document non-binding interest without committing a live project today.

We review project fit, timing, sponsorship, and scope before confirming an engagement.
For Scoping Purposes Only
After submission, qualified Sprint and Founding Pilot applicants receive a tailored request for up to four documents and a private upload step. Do not send project documents as ordinary email attachments.
Review Security & Data HandlingOptional Resolution Engagement
A Readiness Sprint includes a Resolution Scan: identify the constraint, its urgency and evidence-supported implications, and possible resolution paths. A Pilot deepens decision intelligence and monitoring. Active work to close a specific constraint is separately scoped through BEAVR Resolve.
Human-executed, AI-assisted resolution support: agreed actions, validated options, a Resolution Brief and a clear execution or procurement path. Indicative fees of $15,000–$75,000+ per resolution depend on scope and capacity; a separate written agreement is required. Sprint and Pilot fees and durations remain unchanged.
No automatic enrollment, supplier availability claim, or guaranteed resolution. Professional approvals remain with the accountable owner and qualified advisers.
Choose the decision boundary
Starting at $15,000
A complete, focused analysis around one defined project decision: the most important readiness gaps, contradictions, assumptions, exposure and decision gates. Standalone executive deliverables support the decision whether or not you continue with BEAVR.
Typically $25,000–$50,000 · 60–90 days
A living project intelligence engagement for broader coverage and multiple decision cycles. Agreed scope can include ongoing evidence ingestion, updated findings, changing scenarios, stakeholder collaboration, decision history, Project Decision Memory and ongoing recommendations.
Continuous platform capabilities are part of the production build; current delivery methods are agreed before engagement.
What Happens After You Start
Agree the decision, evidence boundary, deliverables, fee and milestones.
Identify the records that matter to the agreed decision.
Use the access and document-handling process agreed for the engagement.
Review assumptions, dependencies, conflicts and exposure within the contracted scope.
Review initial findings with BEAVR; findings populate the activated workspace as the production platform becomes available.
Receive evidence-linked conclusions, decision gates and a reviewed recommendation.
Where an evidence-backed constraint warrants action, separately scope BEAVR Resolve. No automatic enrollment or included execution; professional approvals stay with the accountable parties.
In an ongoing Pilot, update findings as evidence and decisions arrive. A Sprint concludes with its agreed standalone deliverables.
This is the intended engagement workflow; automated ingestion and analysis are not live in this prototype. Delivery methods and timing are confirmed in the scope.
One live project. One consequential decision.
Start with a focused Readiness Sprint. No enterprise platform implementation required.
