Getting started

A clear path from a decision to an agreed engagement.

Use this guide alongside your private Decision Room. No booking, contract or charge is created simply by following these steps.

  1. Step 1

    Describe the decision

Share the project context, decision owner and timing. Buyer-supplied information remains unverified; the initial room is a scoping workspace, not a completed assessment.

  2. Step 2

    Keep your private link

Save the complete champion link in a secure place. Anyone holding it can access the room. Email and phone recovery are not connected. Stakeholder links are separately revocable and expire after 14 days.

  3. Step 3

    Review your room

Check project details and correct them if needed. Download discussion drafts for internal stakeholders. Drafts are not executed agreements or verified findings.

  4. Step 4

    Add only focused scoping documents

If appropriate, provide up to four files across the application and room, 10 MB each. Do not upload a full data room, regulated information or highly sensitive materials before confirming handling requirements.

  5. Step 5

    Request scope or a discussion

Use the request form in your room and explicitly confirm sending. Add preferred dates and time zone for a discussion. A request does not reserve a calendar slot; BEAVR must confirm availability.

  6. Step 6

    Agree the engagement before analysis

BEAVR confirms fit, scope, fee, required agreements and payment arrangements before kickoff. Analysis and evidence ingestion remain locked until an active engagement is confirmed; the current prototype does not perform either.
