When you choose AI drafting or ask the website assistant a question, the notes or conversation you explicitly share are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The intake helper sends only the notes entered into that helper; it does not automatically send the rest of your application or uploaded files. The website assistant cannot access your private projects, accounts or documents.

We do not save these AI conversations as project records unless you apply a draft and submit the form. We request that OpenAI not store response objects; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Do not enter passwords, private access links, regulated data or material requiring special handling. AI assistance is optional, and you can complete the forms without it.

When you submit a Project Readiness Sprint, Founding Pilot, Design Partner, or other contact form, we may collect your name, work email, company, role, and the project information you choose to provide. Project information may include project type, stage, estimated value, decision timing, executive sponsor, readiness or capital challenge, suspected economic exposure, estimated delay cost, expected budget, and the engagement path you are considering.

We also collect the page, article, industry, or call to action associated with a submission so we can understand the context of your inquiry.

The Site uses Google Analytics on public pages to measure page views and limited interaction events, such as form starts, submissions and selected engagement paths. Our custom events exclude names, email addresses and project narratives. Google Analytics is not loaded on private Decision Rooms or My Projects pages. Public page-view events omit URL query strings and fragments. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device and network information. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also process technical request information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the Site, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, requested page, timestamps, and error data.

We use information to evaluate fit for a potential engagement, respond to inquiries, prepare for discovery conversations, scope proposed work, operate and improve the Site, understand which content is useful, prevent misuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting a form does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, and maintain the Site; with professional advisers when reasonably necessary; or with authorities when required by law. We may also transfer information in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

BEAVR does not sell personal information submitted through this Site.

When you submit an application, we send your name and email address to HubSpot, our contact-management provider, to help us manage and respond to your inquiry. This connection does not send your project narrative, uploaded documents, private Decision Room access links, or browsing cookies to HubSpot.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and manage an inquiry, maintain business records, improve the Site, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps appropriate to an early-stage website to protect submitted information. The public application form collects project context rather than files. Qualified applicants may receive a private upload step for a limited pre-demo document package. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit regulated data, legally restricted information, or material requiring special handling unless BEAVR has agreed in writing to the process.

You may choose not to submit information through the Site. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted. We will evaluate each request under applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.

The Site may link to third-party websites and source materials. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site and our practices evolve. The effective date above will identify the current version.
