Through focused Project Readiness Sprints and 60–90-day Founding Project Intelligence Pilots, BEAVR applies an evidence-linked, human-reviewed workflow to one live project and one consequential decision. These engagements are designed to validate the decision model while delivering clear, scoped executive outputs.
When a decision-critical constraint needs active resolution, BEAVR Resolve provides a separately scoped, human-led engagement to validate options, coordinate agreed actions and document the path forward. It does not replace professional approvals or guarantee outcomes.

E.J. Hill is the Founder and CEO of BEAVR, an infrastructure decision-intelligence company built to improve how major projects are evaluated, financed, and advanced. With more than a decade of experience leading digital commerce, growth, and cross-functional business operations, E.J. has built his career around turning complex information into executable strategy.
He founded BEAVR to address a costly infrastructure problem: critical capital decisions are still made across disconnected documents, systems, and assumptions. E.J. leads BEAVR’s product vision, commercialization strategy, and founding-partner program as the company builds a more intelligent decision layer for infrastructure.
