Before sending project documents
Qualified applicants receive a private upload step for the limited pre-demo package. Do not send project documents as ordinary email attachments. Contact BEAVR before transferring regulated, legally restricted, or specially controlled information.

Focused pre-demo review
After a qualified application, BEAVR requests up to four decision-relevant documents through a private upload path. The limited review focuses the conversation; it is not a full diagnosis or Project Readiness Sprint.

Engagement controls
Uploaded files are held in non-public BEAVR intake storage and linked to the relevant application. Document scope, access, retention, review requirements, and any special handling are confirmed before a paid engagement.

Human-reviewed outputs
Founding-pilot findings and executive outputs undergo structured human review. Material recommendations remain connected to the evidence supplied for the engagement.
Information boundaries
BEAVR is a founding-stage product. Formal security, confidentiality, access, retention, and enterprise review requirements are scoped with the organization before an engagement. BEAVR does not claim certifications that have not been independently established.
