These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BEAVR website, including its content, application forms, articles, and illustrative product experiences (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The product interfaces, project records, scores, scenarios, recommendations, timelines, and other examples shown on the Site are illustrative prototype concepts and may use simulated project data. They demonstrate an intended decision-intelligence workflow and do not represent completed customer deployments, verified customer outcomes, live integrations, financing commitments, or generally available product capabilities unless expressly stated otherwise.

Features, methods, deliverables, and availability may change as BEAVR develops the product and scopes individual engagements.

The Site is provided for general informational and demonstration purposes. It does not provide legal, engineering, investment, financial, accounting, procurement, regulatory, environmental, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Site is a recommendation to approve, finance, acquire, redesign, defer, or stop any project.

You are responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice and independently verifying information before making a project, capital, procurement, or regulatory decision. No client, advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship is created by visiting the Site or submitting a form.

If you submit an inquiry or application, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. The Site and its design, text, graphics, interfaces, frameworks, branding, and other content are owned by BEAVR Intelligence, Inc. or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. BEAVR, BEAVR Confidence™, and associated names, marks, and visual assets may not be used without prior written permission.

You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing.

You may not misuse the Site; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with its operation or security; submit malicious code, automated spam, or false information; scrape the Site at unreasonable volume; impersonate another person or organization; or use the Site in violation of law or another party’s rights.

The Site may link to third-party websites, publications, and source materials for convenience or research context. BEAVR does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, security, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will remain current or complete.
