Fast-start Readiness Sprint

Start without implementing another platform.

One project. Fixed scope. Fixed fee agreed upfront. Defined decision.

Starting engagement

$15,000

A focused review of one consequential project decision. Final scope and fixed fee are confirmed in your statement of work.

  • No long-term BEAVR software commitment
  • No seat licensing required
  • No major IT integration to start
  • No data migration project
  • Typically 2–4 weeks after scope and evidence are agreed
  • Executive-ready, human-reviewed findings

Delivery dates and capacity are confirmed before you commit. A short decision window does not automatically mean a Sprint can be completed in time.

What leadership receives

A defensible basis for the next decision.

  1. One named project and one agreed capital or readiness decision
  2. Review of the evidence set agreed at kickoff
  3. Decision-critical questions, evidence gaps and dependencies
  4. Executive decision brief and review discussion
  5. Recommended next steps and retained decision record

Bring a schedule, budget, evidence register or the few documents you already have. We agree the evidence boundary together.

Define your project decision →

Capital at decision

Size the review against the decision, not a seat count.

The $15,000 starting engagement sits beside your project’s capital context in your private brief. This is a way to frame the review—not a claim that the fee guarantees savings, approvals or a return.

A straightforward path to start.

01

Define the decision

Share one project and the decision you need to make.

02

Agree the boundary

Confirm evidence, deliverables, fixed fee, dates and approval requirements.

03

Authorize the Sprint

Execute the agreed SOW and arrange invoicing before kickoff.

Continue only when the value supports it.

After the Sprint, review unresolved dependencies, recurring decisions and evidence that needs monitoring. If sustained work is justified, consider a 60–90-day Project Intelligence Pilot, typically $25,000–$50,000. There is no automatic renewal or required upgrade.

Optional Resolution Engagement

BEAVR Resolve

A Readiness Sprint includes a Resolution Scan: identify the constraint, its urgency and evidence-supported implications, and possible resolution paths. A Pilot deepens decision intelligence and monitoring. Active work to close a specific constraint is separately scoped through BEAVR Resolve.

Human-executed, AI-assisted resolution support: agreed actions, validated options, a Resolution Brief and a clear execution or procurement path. Indicative fees of $15,000–$75,000+ per resolution depend on scope and capacity; a separate written agreement is required. Sprint and Pilot fees and durations remain unchanged.

No automatic enrollment, supplier availability claim, or guaranteed resolution. Professional approvals remain with the accountable owner and qualified advisers.

What Happens After You Start

A defined path from evidence to decision.

This is the intended engagement workflow; automated ingestion and analysis are not live in this prototype. Delivery methods and timing are confirmed in the scope.

Choose the decision boundary

Project Readiness Sprint

Starting at $15,000

A complete, focused analysis around one defined project decision: the most important readiness gaps, contradictions, assumptions, exposure and decision gates. Standalone executive deliverables support the decision whether or not you continue with BEAVR.

Founding Project Intelligence Pilot

Typically $25,000–$50,000 · 60–90 days

A living project intelligence engagement for broader coverage and multiple decision cycles. Agreed scope can include ongoing evidence ingestion, updated findings, changing scenarios, stakeholder collaboration, decision history, Project Decision Memory and ongoing recommendations.

Continuous platform capabilities are part of the production build; current delivery methods are agreed before engagement.

Questions buyers ask

Does this replace our engineering or legal team?

No. BEAVR structures project evidence and decision questions. Engineering certification, legal opinions and owner approval authority remain with the relevant professionals.

Can procurement review before we commit?

Yes. Your decision room includes a draft scope, finance case and procurement summary. Entity-specific vendor documents and agreements are supplied through the onboarding process.

Can we finish before our committee meeting?

Enter the actual decision date. BEAVR must confirm scope, evidence availability, capacity and delivery timing before making that commitment.

Can we reserve capacity?

After scope review, you can request reservation terms. Any credited deposit, amount, refund policy and reserved start date require written agreement; this site does not collect payment.

One live project. One consequential decision.

Before committing more capital, give BEAVR one project.
